Each team can appoint support crews (family or friends). Support crews will cheer up the participants at checkpoints. They will hand over personal items and food prepared by support crews themselves. Appointing support crew is not mandatory and each team may decide whether to have support crews or not.

Why Do We Need Supporters?

  • 서포터즈01

    We can get support
    from our friends and family.

  • 서포터즈02

    We can be provided
    with the food we want.

  • 서포터즈03

We can have necessary items delivered
    instead of carrying them.

Support Crews Guideline

  • Plan which items to hand over to your team.
  • Communicate with your team about which checkpoint to meet during the event.
  • Arrive at least 30 minutes before the set time at the checkpoint and wait for your team.
  • Don’t get in the way of other participants while rooting for your team.
  • Drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited at checkpoints and departure/arrival points and Support Crews are not allowed to bring alcohols.
  • Checkpoints are very cold in the night. Please dress warmly.
  • Tidy up the place after eating food.

You don’t have Support Crew?
Don’t worry! We will have some foods at each checkpoint and Oxfam Trailwalker volunteers will also be ready to help you out!
