2. FAQs

 Q. Can we be a team of two, three or five?
  A. Oxfam Trailwalker is a team endurance challenge. Each team must consist of four members. This is also for your own health and safety on the challenge. In an emergency, one member should stay with the wounded and the other two should go for a help. Please, be aware that a team with 4 members are eligible for registration and any team with less than 4 members cannot start the event.

 Q. What if we can't raise the minimum sponsorship?
  A. Team must have fundraised at least the minimum USD 500 by 31st July 2020, 18:00 to be eligible to participate in the event. Teams that fail to do so will be unable to start without the prior approval of the event organisers. The reason we have this rule is because Oxfam Trailwalker is a fundraising event and it isn't fair on other participants who have met the fundraising deadline.

 Q. Refund policy
  A. Oxfam Trailwalker is more than a simple sports event: it is a global fundraising project for those suffering from poverty all around the world. In line with global Oxfam Trailwalker policy, registration fee and the raised fund is non-refundable.

If your team withdraws from participation, you can transfer your registration fee for participation in Oxfam Trailwalker Korea 2021. (The raised fund will be donated in its entirety.)
However, due to the unique circumstances this year, Oxfam Korea is making an exception. Special rules will apply when the event is postponed to next year because of COVID-19.
